Characterized by rainy cold winters, sunny, hot and dry summers and high diurnal temperature range.

Fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperatures. Aging on lees for 40 days.Tasting notes: Wine with pale salmon-pink color, intense fruity aromas of pink grapefruit, white peaches and raspberries. On the palate, it is round and aromatic with botanical finish.Goes with: Seafood, dishes with tomato sauce and charcuterie. Aging potential: Keep for 1-3 years
